 5. Body Language - Your body language says a lot about you, it's nothing but non-verbal communication. It shows the latter your intentions, your interest and basically everything that is going on in your mind. For example, crossed legs indicate hostility, anxiety, and hostility, while open legs are a sign of goodwill and sociability. A positive attitude will attract positive results.


6. Resilience - What is resilience? A person's ability to adapt or recover easily from illness, adversity or major changes in their life. It is difficult but it is possible. Anyone can take advantage of a good opportunity, but it takes a real player to make sense of something destroyed. Resilience is a quality that defines a person, falling and getting back up is a very underrated quality that must be possessed.


 7. Stress Management - Stress is undeniable, but the real question arises of how to deal with it effectively and efficiently. One should not become a victim of stress and sit down, rather fight with it and overcome it to achieve the goal.

    

8. Limitations - It's all in your mind. You yourself are the creator of all your foundations. Your subconscious plays a vital role in dominating your development if you tell yourself that you can't do something, that you might not be successful. However, a positive attitude can be a game changer.
